Tracing the plan of salvation through the worship of the nations — how every people has reached for its Creator, in truth, and in counterfeit.
Every culture on earth builds sacred space, sheds blood as an offering, washes before worship, burns something fragrant to reach the divine, lights a lamp in a dark room, lays out food before a god, and hides its most precious object in an inner chamber only the initiated may enter. These are the exact seven elements of the sanctuary God gave Moses on Sinai. God gave one design for how a holy God and a sinful people may safely meet — the sanctuary. Every other system of worship on earth works with fragments of that same design. They kept the furniture and lost the Lamb.
