One design, given by God, for how a holy God and a sinful people may safely meet. Every other system of worship on earth is working with fragments of it. Whoever you are — a lifelong believer or simply curious — come study the original with us, and see what it means for you.

Every culture on earth builds sacred space. Every culture has slaughtered something as an offering, washed before approaching the holy, burned something fragrant to reach the divine, lit a lamp in a dark room, laid out food before a god, and hidden its most precious object in an inner chamber only the initiated may enter. These are the exact elements of the sanctuary God gave Moses on Sinai — down to the size, the materials, and the furniture. God did not leave the design to guesswork: "Look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount" (Exodus 25:40). This was a blueprint, checked against the original the way a builder checks a finished structure against its plans.
And there is more than one witness to it. Moses built the earthly copy "according to the fashion that he had seen" (Acts 7:44). Paul says that pattern belonged to "the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man" (Hebrews 8:2). John says he saw the original itself, standing in heaven (Revelation 11:19). A design this exact, confirmed by three witnesses across fifteen centuries, then echoed by cultures who never met one another, is not a coincidence. It is the plan of salvation — drawn in furniture, cloth, blood, bread, oil, smoke, and gold, so that it could be seen, touched, and understood.
Ask most Christians what the sanctuary has to do with their salvation, and few can answer — yet those who first understood its message called it nothing less than the foundation of the faith. It is not an Old Testament relic to admire from a distance. Every station inside it maps a real step in how God removes sin: confession, substitution, transfer, record, review, removal — the same process Christ is carrying out for you right now. It was built plain enough for a shepherd to follow, and precise enough for a scholar to test against every other page of Scripture. We believe it is time the Church remembered what it was given — and we would love to study it with you, whether you have followed Christ for decades or are only just curious about Him.

If you come from a culture where washing before worship, offering sacrifices, presenting food to the gods, lighting candles, or burning incense feels familiar, you are not looking at something foreign. You are looking at a fragment of the original.
Washing before approaching the holy, in nearly every culture on earth.
Blood offered to make peace with the divine — from Eden onward.
Food set out before an altar, a shrine, or a household god.
Flame and fragrance carrying prayer toward heaven.
The nations did not invent these acts independently. They inherited, borrowed, or counterfeited pieces of the one pattern God gave at the beginning — the laver for the washing, the altar for the sacrifice, the table for the food, the candlestick and the altar of incense for the flame and the fragrance. Our Echoes of the Sanctuary series traces exactly how, furniture by furniture, culture by culture.
Ten studies tracing the plan of salvation through the worship of the nations — how every people has reached for its Creator, in truth, and in counterfeit. Every article of the sanctuary, laid beside the world's altars, washings, offerings, and inner sanctums, so you can say to any seeker, in any culture: I know why you do what you do — and I can show you the One your ritual has been reaching for.
